jr77 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jr77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 5. You must not be located in a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of accessing or using the platform.

jr77 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point during registration or ongoing account use. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may maintain only one registered account on jr77. The following rules govern the creation and use of your account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. jr77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify jr77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. We will investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account pending resolution.
• Account transfers, sales or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited. Your jr77 account is personal to you and may not be sold, gifted or otherwise transferred.
• You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current. jr77 uses your registered mobile number as the primary channel for account verification, security alerts and payment confirmation.
• jr77 may close, suspend or restrict an account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has violated these Terms, is engaged in suspicious activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

When an account is closed at the player's request, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jr77 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 for all accepted payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with jr77 support.
• jr77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and KYC measure.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method (e.g. bKash) may only be withdrawn back to that same payment method unless an exception is granted in writing.
• jr77 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment service provider, mobile network, or banking institution once funds have been dispatched from the jr77 account.

All players are subject to standard KYC verification. jr77 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending the completion of identity verification. This process is intended to protect players from account fraud and to comply with applicable financial regulations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

jr77 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible players who have registered a verified account and meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the promotion. Free spins and other non-cash bonuses may have their own conditions regarding eligible games and minimum bet sizes.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified for each promotion. Any uncompleted rollover at the expiry of the bonus period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
3. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonuses may only be used for wagering on the jr77 platform and may not be transferred to any other account or external payment method directly.
4. jr77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to an active account and in the process of being wagered will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of the credit.
5. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated bonus hunting, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

Specific bonus terms including the applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active, minimum qualifying deposit amount and expiry date are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jr77 are provided by certified third-party software providers and operate using independently audited random number generator (RNG) technology. The following rules apply to all game play on the platform:

• Each game's individual rules, paytable and RTP (return to player) percentage are accessible within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review these before placing bets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or error during a game round, jr77 will investigate and resolve the issue. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. jr77's decision in such matters is final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jr77. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances under review and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or exploiting any other promotion that is limited to one entry per player.
2. Using software, bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's systems.
3. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games, coordinated arbitrage betting in sports markets or any pre-arranged outcome manipulation.
4. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any source that violates applicable law. jr77 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to competent authorities.
5. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration, KYC verification or any support interaction. This includes impersonating another person or submitting documents that have been altered or falsified.
6. Accessing or attempting to access the jr77 platform through a VPN, proxy server or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account limitations placed by jr77.

jr77 reserves the right to conduct investigations, temporarily freeze account funds and engage third-party fraud detection services when prohibited conduct is suspected. Any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct waive any right to appeal the forfeiture of such funds.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that you can set or reduce at any time from account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jr77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if jr77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jr77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jr77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in temporary unavailability. jr77 shall not be liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jr77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jr77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform or by direct communication to your registered contact details. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the jr77 platform immediately and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms. The most recent version of these Terms will always be available on the jr77 website.

11. Governing Law, Disputes and Contact

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jr77 operates on a best-efforts basis to provide a safe, fair and reliable gaming environment and will engage with all legitimate player disputes in good faith.
